More affordable options than a plated or buffet dinner may suite you and your pocket book.  Whether a country- style brunch or a garden setting luncheon, these daylight events tend to be delightfully memorable.  A brunch can be a sophisticated choice with your favorite dishes offered at food stations to promote mingling. (Envision omelets to order, waffle bars,  crepe stations – depending on the guest count there are endless options.)  Offering a couple of signature drinks (think killer bloody mary’s or delicious mimosas) with a fun coffee bar and barista offering fancy drinks to order should keep everyone satisfied. The flowers and decor might range from casually charming to warmly nature inspired or simply lavish depending on the surroundings. Since guests won’t be “dancing the night away” to the spin of a DJ, consider hiring fabulous musicians to entertain your guests. You can probably save enough money by nixing the open bar and plated “chicken or beef” meal to hire a great coordinator so that you truly don’t have a care in the world for your big day. Green wedding options can also yield savings (omit the disposables altogether and you’ve already saved big!) and help you celebrate in good taste and style.

Today’s barn weddings  can offer a blend of laid back old world style with contemporary comforts. A barn is no longer just a barn.
