I absolutely love weddings. My vocation is my passion- lucky, lucky me. I love getting to know the bride and groom. I love designing the “perfect” bouquet. I love being creative with Mother Nature’s wonderful treasures. I love being a part of life’s precious moments. I have a happy heart! I wish YOU joy in this new year!

As we enter a brand new year one with hope and anticipation, this favorite poem from Emily Dickinson says it for me…

Hope is the thing with feathers

That perches in the soul,

Our four legged and winged friends move gracefully and purposefully in the cold. The ponds have slow movement below the layer of ice. Yet, a few frozen flowers still hold their heads high. We harvested the herb plots so subtle whiffs of lavender, rosemary and thyme hang drying and fill the air of my studio. As I organize photos from weddings past, I am warmed by the smiles of each bride with her bouquet I created just for her. What a joy my work yields… my heart is full. Thanks to each and every one of you for the pleasure! And to my December and January brides – I can’t wait!
